The Glacier's Might • Frame data and knockback info

Rivals of Aether runs at 60 frames per second, and natively at 512×960px resolution. Throughout this document and site, these frames and pixels are used as units of time and distance, respectively.

Ice Armor generated f64 on ice. Ice Armor is broken after 40% of damage is taken or is removed immediately upon being parried. Etalus must also be placed in hitstun for armour to break from an attack, meaning moves like Ori's Spirit Flame or Maypul's seed are unable to break armor despite dealing damage. Ice cannot disappear while Etalus is using Neutral Special.

Deals knockback to airborne opponents, grounded opponents will instead be frozen. Any ice on-stage will freeze grounded characters once it is activated with the shockwave that is created by down special's landing hitbox. This shockwave prevents any ice from disappearing, even if it is currently in it's melting animation.
